Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering goods from the website, as they apply when you make a purchase on this website. When you complete a purchase on the Website and accept our General Terms and Conditions, you enter into an agreement about delivery of your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust or update the current conditions regularly and we therefore ask you to accept our conditions each time you shop on the website. Such changes will not be notified to you. The terms that apply when you make your purchase, and thereby accepted by you, will be the terms that apply to your order.

Generally, we are on a 6-8 week lead time if the furniture is not in stock. If the item is in stock the shipping time will take 7-10 workdays. It is always good to check with us at the time of the order in case this changes. If you need to place a rush order, we charge an additional fee. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Payment of your order is made by card payment via Stripe such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We ask that you thoroughly inspect your piece upon arrival. If anything arrived damaged, we ask that you email us detailed photos of the damage as well as the packaging it arrived in, and contact us. We ask that you contact us within 5 days to initiate a claim.

Due to the nature of our work and the materials we use, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on any of our furniture. We are happy to provide care instructions to help you keep your piece in beautiful shape. You can make a return of our glass vases within 14 days after you have received your order. When you place your order from a country that is a member of the EU, the price of the total order will include 25% Swedish VAT for private customers. If you order from a country that is not part of the EU, there may be additional costs for the order, such as foreign VAT and import duties. Costs such as these are borne by the customer himself and we recommend that you check the applicable regulations for the country in question you are shopping from.

All Swedish deliveries will be delivered by DB Schenker. All prices on our website includes the shipping cost. Sara Ullvetter Design cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties. The order will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Your order will be delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday. The delivery time depends on which country the delivery takes place and which carrier is used. A receipt must be given for the item upon arrival.

It does not necessarily have to be you who signs off. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, a friend, receptionist, etc.) can therefore acknowledge receipt with binding effect for you.
